Where is Cupcake LA located?

Cupcake LA is a currently a delivery-only ghost bakery in the Los Angeles area. We don't have a physical retail location at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

You can order online 24/7/365.

We fulfill deliveries Tuesday - Saturday.

When ordering, you can select your desired delivery window during the checkout process.

Can I place a custom order?

Custom cupcake orders are only considered for quantities of at least 10 dozen cupcakes. Please email order@cupcake.la with your custom order details and we will respond promptly by email.

Are there any Vegan cupcake options?

Yes! All of our cupcakes are available in Vegan for the same price. Select "Vegan" option when you're adding a product to the cart.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

24 hours. Please use the delivery scheduling calendar during checkout to see exact availability.

We do this to ensure quality products and timely delivery so we are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions to this rule at this time. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses.

How will I know when my cupcake order is delivered?

You will receive an email confirmation upon delivery.
